cakesdsabores.com and your purchase of products or services from Cakes D’ Sabores. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting a custom-order request, you agree to these Terms.
Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful personal or commercial ordering purposes. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information

Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, flavors, colors, sizes, availability, and pricing. However, bakery products are handmade, and slight variations are expected.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, ingredients, and decorating materials. Product images may be examples and may not represent the exact final product.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order or custom-order inquiry does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
Orders are subject to:
- Product and ingredient availability
- Scheduling and production capacity
- Delivery or pickup availability
- Successful payment authorization
- Confirmation from Cakes D’ Sabores
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a fully paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.
Custom Orders
Custom products are created based on the details approved by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming:
- Names, dates, ages, and inscriptions
- Flavors, fillings, colors, and sizing
- Event and fulfillment dates
- Uploaded photos, logos, and design references
- Pickup or delivery details
- Any other order specifications
Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may result in additional charges or production delays.
Inspiration photos are used as creative references. Because each product is handmade, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of another baker’s work or a reference image.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, customization fees, rush fees, and other costs may be added during checkout or included in a custom quote.
Orders may require full payment or a deposit before production begins. An order is not confirmed until all required payments and approvals have been received.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Because bakery products are perishable and frequently customized, cancellations, changes, refunds, or store credits are handled based on the type of order, production status, and notice provided.
Once ingredients, supplies, edible images, decorations, or production time have been committed to an order, some or all payments may become nonrefundable.
Any cancellation, deposit, or refund terms included in an individual quote, invoice, or order confirmation will apply to that order. Customers should contact Cakes D’ Sabores as soon as possible if a change or cancellation is needed.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders on the confirmed date and time.
Before leaving the bakery, customers should inspect their order and notify our team of any visible concerns. Once an order has been accepted and leaves our possession, the customer assumes responsibility for its handling, transportation, storage, and setup.
Cakes and desserts should be transported on a flat, secure surface in an air-conditioned vehicle and handled according to any instructions provided by our team.
Delivery Orders
Delivery is available only within eligible areas and is subject to scheduling and availability. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, incorrect addresses, restricted building access, or other circumstances outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing:
- A complete and accurate delivery address
- A valid contact number
- Access instructions when applicable
- An available recipient during the delivery window
- A safe and suitable location for the order
Additional fees may apply if redelivery or extended waiting is required because the recipient is unavailable or the information provided is inaccurate.
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer or recipient once delivery has been completed.
Allergies and Dietary Requests
Our bakery handles common allergens, including wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients.
Although we may offer products made without certain ingredients, those products may be prepared in a shared facility or with shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers with allergies or dietary concerns are responsible for informing us before ordering and determining whether a product is suitable for them. Products described as vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, or similar are not necessarily certified as such unless expressly stated.
Customer-Provided Images and Content
When you submit a photo, logo, graphic, message, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested product.
You grant Cakes D’ Sabores permission to reproduce and modify that material as reasonably necessary to review, create, and fulfill your order.
We may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
The website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product names, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Cakes D’ Sabores and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Reviews and Customer Photos
If you submit a review, testimonial, or customer photo for promotional use, you grant Cakes D’ Sabores a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to display and reproduce that content in connection with our business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will not claim ownership of your original content.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchases, or availability restrictions.

Governing Law
